DESCRIPTION:Tony Mazzella and Rosanne Tiller will present Multidisciplinary Bedside Rounds\, their project to restructure rounds with a consistent multidisciplinary team presence at the patients’ bedsides to have a clinical discussion with the most important team member: the patient.  \nAlyssa Tilly will discuss the Professional Development Coaching Program\, a modality to promote resilience and combat burnout by allowing those who are being coached to self-identify positive individual traits and experiences.   \nRussell Coletti will present Expected Practices Tool\, a quality improvement measure to enhance the initial care of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This tool can be expanded to other medical conditions\, improving patient care by fostering collaboration between primary care and specialty practices.
