UNC Geriatrics

Telehealth and In-Clinic Visits Available!
Award Winning and Highly Rated
UNC Geriatrics is the largest primary care practice in the Triangle focused exclusively on older adults. We work with patients 65 and older and their families, to provide high-quality care that is grounded in the latest research and best practices; guide transitions from one level of care to another; and coordinate treatment with outside specialists. Typically, UNC Geriatrics sees patients who are 65 and older. However, we also see patients under 65 for age-related issues such as dementia, falls, incontinence, or other geriatric syndromes.
