Areas of Interest

Translational and outcomes research in IBD

General interest is in defining novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for IBD. A major focus is defining molecular signatures of patients with UC and CD and determining how these may be used inform rational use of available therapies. The goal of both the molecular and outcomes research is to further optimize and develop new treatments for patients with IBD.
