procedure.\u00a0Prior to your procedure, verify the time, date, and location of your procedure through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.myuncchart.org\/\">MyChart<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>You will be notified when your appointment is scheduled if a COVID test is required.\u00a0 If you have been vaccinated, any requirements for a COVID test will be waived.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>During your Procedure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Masks will be required to enter our facility.
