Too many of our patients are missing appointments without canceling them. When this happens, an appointment is wasted. As soon as you know you will be unable to keep an appointment, you can help us by calling our office or canceling via <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/myuncchart.org\/mychart\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MyUNCchart<\/a>.\u00a0 The earlier we know the better. We would like to be able to offer unused appointments to other patients who need to see the doctor.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>When you need to cancel an appointment, call the clinic location where your appointment is scheduled, 984-974-4462 (Eastowne) or 984-215-6380 (Panther Creek), and then choose option #1 to speak to a representative who can assist you in canceling or rescheduling your appointment.\u00a0 You can also use your <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/myuncchart.org\/mychart\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MyUNCchart<\/a> to cancel an appointment at any time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Appointment Length<\/h4>\n<p>It typically takes 45-60 minutes for an appointment once you check in. This includes time with your nurse, your provider and check-out.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<p>You will receive an automated call or text to remind you of your appointment a few days in advance. You will be able to cancel or confirm your appointment at this time. You can also use your <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/myuncchart.org\/mychart\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MyUNCchart<\/a> to confirm, request or cancel an appointment.<br \/>\nOn the day of your appointment, please arrive 30 minutes early to allow for parking and registration.
