Registry of hospitalized participants with acute or chronic respiratory failure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below are studies where our lab was the principal investigator or site lead investigator for the following studies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IRB 20-2600 Collection of clinical excess of blood samples from COVID-19 patients to evaluate the biological responses before and after dexamethasone. The <strong>COVIDEX<\/strong> Study<\/li>\n<li>IRB 20-2085 A phase I double-blinded randomized, placebo-controlled safety and early efficacy trial of cryopreserved cord blood-derived T-regulatory cells infusions (CK0802) in the treatment of COVID-19 induced acute respiratory distress syndrome. <a href=\"https:\/\/clinicaltrials.gov\/ct2\/show\/NCT04468971?term=treg&amp;cond=covid-19&amp;draw=2&amp;rank=2\">The <strong>RESOLVE<\/strong> Study<\/a><\/li>\n<li>IRB 20-1394 Prone position and respiratory outcomes in non-intubated COVID patients. <a href=\"https:\/\/clinicaltrials.gov\/ct2\/show\/NCT04517123?term=prone&amp;cond=covid-19&amp;draw=2&amp;rank=3\">The <strong>PRONE<\/strong> Study<\/a><\/li>\n<li>IRB 17-1670 Alveolar Kinetics in Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome.
