Her ultimate goals are to develop novel treatment approaches for patients and truly personalize their cancer treatment by understanding the underlying biology of the disease. Her research involves both laboratory work in collaboration with investigators in the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and development of clinical trials.
