The main goal is to develop novel and efficient delivery strategies of therapeutic nucleic acids in obstructive lung diseases. The Kreda laboratory is currently involved in designing an efficacious oligonucleotide-based therapeutic approach to correct cystic fibrosis mutations in patients resilient to modulator therapies and orphan mutations that cause primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD).
