Why Allergy and Immunology

I chose allergy because of the wide variety of conditions we treat and that we get to take care of patients of all ages from infants to older adults. Maybe more importantly, I myself am riddled by allergic diseases including food and environmental allergies. In fact, I receive my allergy shots in our adult allergy clinic every month!

We have awesome faculty and very well-balanced across all areas of the specialty.

Favorite things to do

Hiking at the Eno River with my dog and exploring local breweries. You might even find me searching for the best brunch with my co-fellow Jess.
