I speak Spanish and care for Spanish speaking patients.<\/p>\n<p><em style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\"><strong>Tell us about your current role in the Department of Medicine.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\">I primarily do health services research and quality improvement. This includes research projects that I lead and also those I consult and collaborate on.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<div lang=\"EN-US\">\n<div lang=\"EN-US\"><em><strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\">What current project or initiative at UNC are you involved in that you are excited about?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\">I am excited about a multi-disciplinary initiative called Supporting Appropriate Implementation of Lung Cancer Screening (SAILS) at UNC. The SAILS initiative aims to develop and test tools and processes for the responsible implementation of lung cancer screening using Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT), which was recently recommended by the US Preventive Services Task Force.<\/span><\/div>\n<div lang=\"EN-US\"><em style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div lang=\"EN-US\"><em style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\"><strong>What do you love most about Chapel Hill\/UNC? <\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div lang=\"EN-US\"><span
