Moeser Eminent Professor of Medicine in the division of pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine and virology expert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/microimm\/directory\/ralph-baric-phd-1\/\"><strong>Ralph Baric<\/strong><\/a>, PhD, the William R. Kenan Distinguished Professor of Epidemiology at the UNC Gillings School of Public Health.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_42524\" class=\"thumbnail wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 224px\"><img
