patients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we have done is drastically improve medical care,\u201d said Cohen, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/medicine\/directory\/myron-cohen-md\/\">associate vice chancellor<\/a> for global health and medical affairs, in the article. \u201cAnd the drastically improved medical care leads itself to much lower mortality than we saw early in the epidemic and to people getting out of the hospital much more quickly than they did early in the epidemic.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Worrying that the general public hasn\u2019t taken mask rules to heart, he expessed in a news briefing that \u201cMasks, masks and more masks need to be emphasized,\u201d adding that &#8220;hand washing and social distancing also play important roles.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Read the article <a
