Iweala is a physician-scientist working with Commins to unravel the mysteries of Alpha Gal, using innovative approaches to better understand the allergy, that can hopefully lead to the development of an immunotherapy treatment. Both were recently interviewed by Moises Velasquez-Manoff for a New York Times magazine article.
