Her areas of interest include geriatric primary care, medical education, dementia, and caregiver stress.<\/p>\n<p>After completing her undergraduate studies at Davidson College, Dr. Cetrone attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Following that, she completed her Residency at Brigham and Women\u2019s Hospital. Before becoming Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Geriatric Medicine, Dr. Cetrone completed a\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/geriatrics\/2021\/08\/16\/congrats-to-our-2021-fellows\/\">geriatric medicine fellowship<\/a> at Boston Medical Center.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Dr. Cetrone co-led the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/aging\/cgwep\/echo\/\">CGWEP&#8217;s Geriatric Echo series<\/a>, In addition to helping to lead the Echo series, she has also been coordinating with the various AHEC leadership to give a series of talks on Advance Care Planning this year.<\/p>\n<p>Read articles featuring Dr. Cetrone and her research:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/healthtalk.unchealthcare.org\/memory-loss-normal-aging-or-mild-cognitive-impairment\/\">Memory Loss\u2014Normal Aging or Mild Cognitive Impairment?
