Participants will also work on a \u2018passion project\u2019 of their choice for a capstone to the course and can include, but is not limited to, a creative pursuit related to the practice of medicine, aspect of course evaluation, or seed for future education or research project.\u00a0<em><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sessions, generally at lunch time, including critical reflection, participatory learning, written appreciative inquiry, and role-playing, among other techniques for building and honing clinical and teaching skills.
