Initially, I was focused on coordinating the Ryan White grant components, but over time, I&#8217;ve taken on more responsibilities such as meeting facilitation and assisting with personnel. This evolution has allowed me to develop new skills and contribute more strategically to our team&#8217;s goals.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">One thing I wish people knew is how much behind-the-scenes work goes into program planning and monitoring. It\u2019s not just about the visible results but also the extensive planning, problem-solving, and teamwork that make it all come together.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">What are you most proud of, personal or professional?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Professionally, I\u2019m most proud of completing the Ryan White Part C grant renewal application. It was a challenging endeavor but seeing it through to a successful outcome was incredibly rewarding.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">What\u2019s one thing on your bucket list?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">One thing on my bucket list is to travel to Anguilla. I\u2019ve always been fascinated by the beautiful beach, and I\u2019d love to experience it firsthand.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Do you have hobbies outside of work that you enjoy?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Outside of work I really enjoy dancing and going to the park with my family. Other hobbies outside of work that I enjoy outside of work are serving as the PTA Vice President at Little Angels dance ministry lead.\u00a0 It\u2019s a great way to stay active and meet new people.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">I would tell my younger self to embrace challenges and step out on faith.
