The early-phase clinical trial, conducted at 12 centers nationwide, tested whether adding the oral menin inhibitor revumenib to the standard AML regimen of azacitidine and venetoclax is safe and effective for newly diagnosed older adults with specific gene mutations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"1306\">Results showed an 88.4% overall response rate and a 67.4% complete remission rate, with 84% of responders achieving remission within the first 28-day cycle. These rates exceeded those typically seen with the standard treatment alone.
