She has a strong record in quality improvement, clinical care, preventive health and population health. She has served as s<\/span>ection chief for education and clinical practice and associate director for the UNC Institute for Healthcare Quality Improvement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"117\" data-end=\"193\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">In her current interim leadership role, Dr. Ratner will oversee educational programs, clinical operations, research activities, and quality initiatives across the division.
