Her major areas of interest are in leukemia precursor states including clonal hematopoiesis and clonal cytopenias, in addition to chronic lymphocytic leukemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma. She is heavily collaborative with her research endeavors, and her research has been published in <em>The Lancet<\/em>, <em>New England Journal of Medicine<\/em>, <em>Cell Stem Cell<\/em>, <em>Nature Genetics<\/em>, <em>Blood<\/em>, <em>Journal of Clinical Oncology<\/em>, among others.
