After college, she worked for a year as a scribe (during COVID) and clinical informatics specialist for a clinic in Dayton before coming to medical school. As a student, she has been actively engaged as a peer leader for the School of Medicine Academic Enrichment Center and a volunteer for the Community Care Clinics.
