See the study website <a href=\"https:\/\/aspirinstudy.com\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Aspirin:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Safe to use in pregnancy<\/li>\n<li>Recommended by OB providers for pregnant individuals at-risk for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (high blood pressure conditions such as preeclampsia and gestational hypertension)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>This study is specifically comparing doses of 81mg to 162mg of Aspirin to learn more about potential benefits of higher dosage and <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">the experiences of those taking Aspirin throughout their pregnancy.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>You may be right for this study if:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You are pregnant with one or two babies<\/li>\n<li>You are less than 17 weeks pregnant<\/li>\n<li>You have potential risk factors for hypertensive disorders or your provider has recommended daily Aspirin intake during your pregnancy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"Default\">This study is not right for you if:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Your provider has advised you not to take Aspirin<\/li>\n<li>You are having triplets or more than two babies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>If you are not sure if you qualify please <\/em><a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/mfmu\/contact\" target=\"_self\"><b><i>contact us<\/i><\/b><\/a><em> so we can help guide you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>*This study will be recruiting through 2028 and participants will be compensated for their time*<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>More Information<\/h2>\n<p>This study is funded by Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).
