Matthew J. Flick, Ph.D.Gordon Research Conference Congratulations to Matthew J. Flick, Ph.D., Member of McAllister Heart Institute; Associate Professor of Pathology, UNC Blood Research Center, for recently being appointed to chair the 2022 Gordon Research Conference on Plasminogen Activation and Extracellular Proteolysis.

An overarching objective of this meeting is to bring together biomedical practice with the biology of plasminogen activation factors, other extracellular proteases, their effectors, and associated pathways, to reveal functional contributions to multiple diseases and disorders. Basic and Physician Scientists will discuss the relevant clinical needs and possible therapeutic strategies that can be accommodated using knowledge gained through a wide range of investigative strategies.

2022 Gordon Research Conference on Plasminogen Activation and Extracellular ProteolysisThe UNC Blood Research Center wishes to announce support for the 2022 Gordon Research Conference on Plasminogen Activation and Extracellular Proteolysis.
