Specifically, Adam is using CRISPR mouse models to investigate how clathrin heavy chain (CLTC) splice forms contribute to cardiac physiology and metabolism during development and under conditions of hypertrophy and heart failure. Dr. Jimena Giudice will serve as Adam\u2019s sponsor and Dr. Kathleen Caron as his co-sponsor during the fellowship period.
