Congratulations to Aravinda de Silva for being selected as a recipient of the 2016 Outstanding Mentor Award from UNC’s Office of Postdoctoral Affairs. This campus-wide award “recognizes a faculty member or advisor who has engaged in exceptional mentoring of postdoctoral scholars.” A recognition ceremony, marking the end of National Postdoctoral Appreciation Week, will be held at noon on Friday, Sept. 23, at the FedEx Global Education Center.
