Jasmine was born and raised near beautiful Lake Ontario in Rochester, NY where she completed her undergraduate degree at RIT. She earned her doctoral degree in the 305- Miami- by conducting research on the development of innate immunity in the human liver. Jasmine plans on continuing research, mentorship, and teaching in academia. An October Libra, naturally, she embraces the autumn season with plenty of apple cider, pumpkin pies, and corn mazes.
