Congratulations to M&I faculty member Lorrie Cramer, who was honored last night with a Johnston Teaching Excellence Award. These annual awards were established in 1991 to recognize excellence in undergraduate teaching at UNC, and this is Lorrie’s second time as an awardee (the first was in 2009). Lorrie received the award in front of more than 18,000 fans . . . basketball fans, that is, since the award was presented during halftime at January 31st home game against Pitt.
