Lauren is currently studying for her Bachelor&#8217;s of Science in Nursing and has minors in Chemistry and Spanish for the Medical Professions. She began her undergraduate research career at UNC in August 2021 with BARLab, a part of the UNC Center for Alcohol Studies. In July 2022, she began working in the lab of Prem Lakshmanane.<br \/>\n\u200b<br \/>\nLauren also works at UNC Health, where she is a Clinical Support Technician I at the Main Neuroscience Hospital. She is also the Lab Coordinator of the UNC Student Health Action Coalition (SHAC) clinic.
