Stack Average 16

Requires: ImageJ 1.30m or newer

Installation: Download StackAverage_16.class to the plugins folder and restart ImageJ

Description: Calculates the average values of pixels located at the same position in each slice of the stack and makes a new image showing the average values. The plugin requires a stack of 16-bit images.

This plugin is based on the plugin StackAverage, an example plugin from the ImageJ plugin writing tutorial previously located at http://www.imagingbook.com/index.php?id=102.
