Notes This QC analysis was done on two male (FR4869, AB6548) and one female sample (UP3063) and the following conclusions are consistent in all samples. FR4869 is the representative sample shown in the report. The primary (host) background is 129S6/SvEvTac. There is no evidence of a secondary background. The strain is congenic. The allele of interest has the expected genetic background. The bpA construct is detected in all 3 samples. The mitochondrial genome is consistent with at least one backcross to female host. The genetic background of the Y chromosome is consistent with 129S6/SvEvTac. The results of this QC analysis are consistent with the SDS. While SDS indicates 129S/SvEv, MiniMUGA selects 129S6/SvEvTac as the background (based on both the greedy algorithm and the diagnostic alleles). Finally, there is no evidence of C57BL/6.
