NCHTEC's HIV Training Needs Assessment

The first step for requesting a training with NCHTEC is to complete our training assessment. This will only take 3-5 minutes of your time, and give us the information needed to determine a training plan.  
 
Please note: This training assessment is to request professional medical education. If you are facing a medical emergency or are worried about a potential HIV exposure: please head to your nearest emergency room.
