His areas of interest include vector-borne diseases\, tick-borne diseases\, malaria\, and spatial Epidemiology. \nDr. Boyce’s research focuses on the spatial and clinical epidemiology of malaria and other vector-borne diseases\, particularly in rural\, underserved communities. Her work is known internationally\, and she has lectured widely on ethical issues in clinical research and clinical care\, HIV disease\, and nursing.
