Examples include<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">Angelman syndrome, Tuberous Sclerosis, <\/span><span class=\"s7\">Chromosome <\/span><span class=\"s7\">15q<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> duplication syndrome<\/span><span class=\"s7\">, Rett syndrome, Batten Disease CLN2 treatment program, <\/span><span class=\"s7\">HHT <\/span><span class=\"s7\">and <\/span><span class=\"s7\">SWS<\/span><span class=\"s7\">. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span class=\"s7\">The<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/neurology\/divisions\/child-neurology-1\/unc-transition-clinic\/\"><span class=\"s9\">Health Care Transition Clinic<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s7\"> from childhood to adult \u2013<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> program to address the unique needs of young adults with neurological disorders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span class=\"s7\">Neurocritical care <\/span><span class=\"s7\">and vascular <\/span><span class=\"s7\">specialists \u2013 <\/span><span class=\"s7\">resident participation in<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> implementations science <\/span><span class=\"s7\">projects, and exposed resting state functional MRI research<\/span><span class=\"s7\">, and fellowship opportunities in Stroke and NCC<\/span><span class=\"s7\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span class=\"s7\">Neonatal neurology collaboration, and implementation science projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s7\">Research, Teaching and Leadership, Global Health<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s7\">Residents are encouraged to explore and develop skills in vast range of <\/span><span class=\"s7\">research, advocacy and scholarly activities by child neurology faculty and other specialists &#8211;
