During your first visit, your child will have a thorough check-up by our child neurologist, Dr. Trau, to look for tics and related disorders. We want to understand how your child’s tics and any other mental health issues are affecting them. Since every child is different, we will create a plan just for your child. This plan might include watching the tics without treatment, using Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), medication, or addressing other conditions.
