Jill will be stepping down from her current role as ACA for the Department of Neurology to take on this new leadership position.<\/p>\n<p>Jill joined the Department of Neurology in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role as Associate Chief for Administration in the Division of Hospital Medicine and Geriatrics within the Department of Medicine. Her career at the UNC School of Medicine began in 2012 as an administrative intern, and she has since held several key operational and administrative roles, including Business Manager for the Meadowmont Heart and Vascular Clinics.<\/p>\n<p>Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC\u2019s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_21996\" class=\"thumbnail wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 160px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21996 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/neurology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/716\/2025\/10\/Headshot-Franklin-Farmer-150x150.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption class=\"caption wp-caption-text\">Franklin Farmer, DBA, MBA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Department of Neurology is proud of Jill\u2019s accomplishments and looks forward to her continued success in this new role.
