After graduation, I worked with Dr. Timothy Gershon at UNC prior to applying for graduate school.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Research<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; background-color: #ffffff; text-stroke-width: 0px;\">We study how neural circuits are modified in adulthood through the addition of adult-born neurons to the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus, and thereby we seek to understand aspects of hippocampus-dependent learning and memory.
