Prior to joining the Neurobiology Curriculum, I worked in Gabriel Dichter\u2019s and Flavio Fr<\/span><span style=\"background: white; color: #181e1f;\">\u00f6<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">hlich\u2019s lab. In my spare time I enjoy playing guitar, hiking, and exploring the world (when time permits).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Research<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">I plan to continue my work in the Fr<\/span><span style=\"background: white; color: #181e1f;\">\u00f6<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">hlich lab focusing on exploring the neural underpinnings of visual attention and discrimination. Such higher order visual processing is critical for cognitive function and has been shown to be impaired in neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and autism.
