The Neuroscience Microscopy Core is open! To ensure that all of our users and staff can use the core safely we have made a number of changes to our operating policies, and some of our equipment has moved.

Registering on iLab<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n
    \n
  1. Navigate to the core page:\u00a0https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/service_center\/show_external\/4868<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. In the upper-right-hand corner of the screen click \u2018Login,\u2019\u00a0and select the\u00a0click here\u00a0<\/i><\/b>link if you are part of the institution.<\/li>\n
  3. You will be directed to an authentication page where you will need to enter your UNC credentials (ONYEN and password).<\/li>\n
  4. Once you have entered your credentials, click the \u2018Login\u2019 button<\/li>\n
  5. You will be directed to\u00a0an\u00a0iLab\u00a0Registration page where you will need to select your PI\/Lab\u00a0and verify your contact information.<\/li>\n
  6. Once your registration has been submitted, your PI or an assigned\u00a0iLab\u00a0account\u00a0manager for your lab will receive a notification that you have requested membership to their lab in\u00a0iLab.\u00a0\u00a0They will need to approve your membership\u00a0and assign\u00a0any\u00a0Account\u00a0Number for your use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Creating an Equipment <\/strong>Reservation<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n
      \n
    1. Navigate to the core page: https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/service_center\/show_external\/4868<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Click the “Login” button at the upper right hand of the page and log into your account.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the “Schedule Equipment” tab and click on the “View Schedule” button next to the instrument of interest. Click and drag on the time frame you would like to schedule your reservation.<\/li>\n
    4. A window will pop up that will allow you to verify your reservation details and provide payment information before saving the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/a>Creating a Service or Training Request<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n
        \n
      1. Navigate to the core page: https:\/\/uncch.ilab.agilent.com\/service_center\/show_external\/4868<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. Click the “Login” button at the upper right hand of the page and log into your account.<\/li>\n
      3. Select the “Request Services” tab and click on the “Request Service” button next to the service of interest.<\/li>\n
      4. You will be asked to complete a form before submitting the request to the core.<\/li>\n
      5. Your request will be pending review by the Core. The Core will review your request and confirm service\/training times with you by email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
