The Olympus FV1000 confocal microscope is specifically designed for long-term imaging of living neuronal tissue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;\">It is equipped with a dedicated environmental system from Precision Plastics and a Prior motorized stage for repetitive imaging of living cells under controlled conditions. In addition, the system comes with a SIM scanner for simultaneous scanning and excitation that result in no time lag.
