An article from Tim Gershon\u2019s lab is featured on the cover of this month\u2019s issue of Development<\/i>. The accompanying paper by first author Patrick Lang, a graduate student in the Gershon lab, shows that the DNA repair protein ATR is required for both cerebellar development and medulloblastoma. The authors demonstrate the use of a brain-permeant, nano-particle formulated ATR inhibitor that they propose to test as a novel chemotherapy agent.<\/p>\n
