Understanding the Mysteries of Sleep
October 27, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Investigators have tied sleep to a variety of body functions, including our weight control, immune system and even how we process our world. Dr. Vaughn will discuss such issues, the science of sleep including how our brains enter the sleep state and the different stages of sleep, and some of the disorders of sleep for which people seek care. Join us as we learn about the significance of sleep on our health and well-being.
