Nurse, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery

Tracey Tomlinson is the Lead Nurse Consultant and Nurse Educator to Medical Students, Residents and Fellows in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at UNC.

Tracey has been with the MIGS team at UNC since 2001. She received her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989 and her BSN from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. Tracey serves as the Nurse Consultant for referring practices for surgery, pelvic pain and vulvar disorders. Her special interest is patient empowerment through education.

Tracey is committed to helping patients have their questions answered and their voices heard.

When not wearing her scrubs, Tracey enjoys time spent exploring, cooking and laughing with her husband and kids.
