Various members of UNC Gynecologic Oncology faculty will be presenting at the Society of Gynecologic Oncology’s Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer in March 2017.

On Sunday, March 12, Dr. Emma Barber will receive an award for Best Clinical Poster Abstract.

On Tuesday, March 14, will be the presentation ‘Surgical readmission and survival in women with ovarian cancer: Are short term quality metrics incentivizing decreased long term survival?’ by Dr. Emma Barber, Dr. Emma Rossi, and Dr. Paola Gehrig.

Also that day is the presentation, ‘Reversal of obesity-driven aggressiveness of endometrial cancer by metformin’ by Dr. Stephanie Sullivan, Dr. Arthur-Quan Tran, Dr. Leslie Clark, Dr. J. Han, Dr. L. Zhang, Dr. H Guo, Dr. Y. Yin, Dr. Dr. Chunxioa Zhou and Dr. Vickie Bae-Jump.

On Wednesday, March 15, Dr. Stephanie Sullivan will co-present “Contemporary recurrence and survival outcomes for stage IB squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva: Time to raise the bar.”
