This result suggests an elevated patient experience overall for this clinic.
Each quarter, Outpatient Care Services runs a report to determine which outpatient clinic has increased their responses to Press Ganey surveys by the largest percentage.
The UNC Urogynecology at Rex clinic was the winner for the second quarter of FY17 (October, November, December) with a remarkable 148.6% increase in the number of survey responses. A high number of survey responses generally leads to an increase in overall scores, demonstrating an exceptional patient experience.
“This demonstrates an outstanding team effort and commitment to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction,” said Deborah Patel, UNC OB-GYN clinical director.
Geri Peltier, the clinic manager of UNC Urogynecology at Rex, will represent the team at the Outpatient Care Services Leadership Group meeting Feb. 6 and accept congratulations on the team’s behalf.
“I appreciate everyone’s support as we strive to provide exceptional patient care at Urogynecology at Rex,” Peltier said.
A celebration lunch will be scheduled for the team later in the year.
