Acquisition and development of research skills is an important component of the educational process and critical and analytic thinking are an expectation for completion of the fellowship. The application deadline for the 2025 application season has not yet been set, but typically is in early May. The ERAS application needs to include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic Application<\/li>\n<li>Picture<\/li>\n<li>Transcript<\/li>\n<li>MSPE<\/li>\n<li>4 Letters of Support (1-Chairman, 1-Program Director,
