Respective Division Director serves as their faculty advisor to ensure that they have a good mentorship team<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Establish five-year timeline for promotion and document in IDP<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Keep CV updated\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Keep list of potential faculty letter writers<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">One year before promotion process is started, CV presented at quarterly OBGYN Appointment and Promotion meeting for feedback from full Professors<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Division Director writes letter to Chair formally requests promotion, aligning with the appropriate track and focus, and distinctly highlighting how you have\u00a0 \u201cmet the mark.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Upon receiving the Vice Chair of Faculty Development and Chair&#8217;s approval, the process advances. The department&#8217;s human resource consultant will guide the process by soliciting the candidate&#8217;s CV for review.
