She joined the department in 2018 after completing a research fellowship in general obstetrics and gynecology. In addition to her role as the Medical Director for Carceral Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Knittel also directs the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology\u2019s General Obstetrics and Gynecology Research Fellowship.
