This program aims to equip faculty with the knowledge and skills necessary to advance their careers in academic medicine and science. Candidates must have at least two years of experience as an Associate Professor and hold a position at an AAMC member medical school.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/obgyn\/people\/jes-morse\/\">Jessica Morse, MD, MPH<\/a> credits the current Vice Chair of Faculty Development and Wellness, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/obgyn\/people\/elizabeth-stringer\/\">Dr. Elizabeth Stringer,<\/a> for influencing her participation.<\/p>\r\n<p>Jessica Morse, MD, MPH, is the current Residency Program Director for the UNC School of Medicine Department of ObGyn.
