Chapel Hill, N.C. \u2014 <\/em>The University of North Carolina\u2019s Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program has once again been recognized among the nation\u2019s best, earning the #4 spot in Doximity\u2019s 2025 national residency rankings.<\/a> This marks the fifth consecutive year that the program has placed in the top four, a testament to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology\u2019s consistent excellence in training, education, and clinical care.<\/p>\n Over the past five years, UNC\u2019s OB\/GYN program has also achieved a remarkable 100% residency match rate. Between 2020 and 2024, 65 medical students applied to residency, and every single one successfully matched.
