OGHE Travel Award (Check-list): 

Before your start the online application, please prepare the following documents:

  1. Proposal:
    1. Program name and brief description
    2. Educational objectives
    3. Nature of your involvement
    4. SOM faculty, program advisor (if receiving credit)
    5. Mentor (if research)
  2. Budget:
    1. List all expenses (travel, program fees, etc.)
    2. Submit online (Sample online budget)
  1. Request IRB Approval: Consult with your PI if working with human subjects
  2. Send all documents in 1 PDF to OGHE
  3. LOR’s: Please send the link your references.    APPLY
