On October 12, 2020, our annual OGHE Global Health Experiences Student Panel took place virtually. Second year medical students presented their 2020 remote summer projects working on global health research studies with UNC faculty and experts from partner sites.
This panel is for first year medical students to learn about potential summer projects in global health, noted challenges working remotely, available funding, and what is possible as travel remains restricted outside of NC.
